L’Ilot – Terms and conditions – Tariffs  
 
The rates vary according to the period of stay and number of guests

Rates are in € / day, inclusive of all taxes, rates are on demand for any stay of more than two weeks. 
(2) overall occupancy of the house is limited to 8 persons,  no more than 6 adults (above 12 years old). On demand, a ninth person can be accepted, at extra cost. 
(3)    At that period no reduction is applicable.  See minimum stay policy below
     
Reservation procedures
 
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed at payment of the deposit as mentioned below. 

Minimum stay policy :

 – Very high season  : For the period of December 16 - January 10, a 14 days minimum stay is required.  
 – For all other periods a minimum stay of 7 days is required, arrivals being  on Saturday, from
1p.m and departure are on Saturday, before noon ; Late departure are possible , according to
availability of the house. 
 
Payment
 
Payment of the rental is as follow  : in Euros and by electronic transfer
  
-  At booking confirmation                   50% of the price 
-  One month prior to arrival               50% of the price
   
Cancellation fee 

Cancellation notification date  and % of total price retained :
 
- 30 days or more before beginning of the stay : 50 %
- Less than 30 days before beginning of the stay : 100 %
- During the stay : 100 %
