General conditions
All rates are offered outside air ticketing, insurance hunting, drinks at the hotel and personal expenses. Le Chasseur Mauricien can act as a consultant and organizer, but can in no way substitute for a travel agency.

Newsletter / contract registration takes the nature of the desired benefits and options selected.  
It will be your contract with Le Chasseur Mauricien, represented by Lionel Berthault.

This bulletin / registration contract signed and accompanied by a payment of 40% makes your enrollment. The remaining 60% must be paid 45 days before departure.

• Any change in the duration and period of stay, number of participants makes the registration lapses and the first payment will be accepted.

• Insurance Liability Hunting World is compulsory and the responsibility of the customer and must be provided as soon demand Mauricien Hunter.

•  In case of cancellation or no show, due to the client less than 60 days before departure, the cost depending on the date on which the cancellation will be:
- 30% if cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before departure
- 50% if cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before departure
- 100% if cancellation is made less than 14 days before departure

• Our areas are known as game but the lack of results does not give right to any refund.

• Packages including taxes slaughter, the latter will not be refunded if the customer is not able to kill.

•  No refunds will be made in case of delays (due to the airlines in particular) or interruption of trip due to the customer for any reason whatsoever.

• Drinks (alcoholic or not), laundry and personal expenses are payable in cash or credit card with the hotel on departure.

•  Le Chasseur Mauricien can not be responsible in case of force majeure (political, climatic) or health problem of the customer, which occurs during flight departure.

• Taxidermy and repatriation of trophies are made through societies that are totally independent of Le Chasseur Mauricien. Le Chasseur Mauricien can neither be held responsible for the price practiced by his partners (taxidermist and forwarding agent), nor of possible delays with regard to communiqué deadlines, nor of possible deteriorations arisen during the repatriation of trophies.

• In the absence of signature of the Bulletin of Registration(Inscription) by the customer, the initial payment is worth acceptance, by the customer, the general conditions, of the estimate and of the bulletin of registration(inscription).
