Shilwar Massage (45 Mins)
An uplifting experience carried out with a shilwar cloth, whereby muscles and joints are relaxed as they are carefully cradled back and forth in suspension. The therapist then expertly uses the soles of her feet to manipulate accumulated tension and knots out of the body.
