The southern slopes of the Citadelle overlook one of the jewels of Mauritius: the Champ de Mars race course.

Started in 1812, this is the oldest race course in the Southern Hemisphere of our world (and some also affirm that it is the second oldest race course in the world after Chester race course in England).  

We will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Champ de Mars next year, and QETSIA thinks it fit to celebrate by offering a collection of horses in its boutique.

The horses figurines we offer are made with real fresh tanned leather and are specially imported from Indore, in India, exclusively for QETSIA Boutique. This is also a way to celebrate products from one of the lands of our fore-fathers.  

These carefully handcrafted figurines are available in various sizes (from 4 inches up to 2 feet), colours and postures.  

To complete the collection QETSIA also offers some other animals figurines including elephants, stags, and other wild animals.
