The property and security:
The property is under permanent watch. The villa and the premises are equipped with alarm systems. Private parking + for guests, common swimming pool + smaller private one integrated into the villa.

Fully-equipped:
Dish-washer, washing machine, Thermal oven and micro-wave, heat-induction ceramic stoves, a set of hand-held kitchen appliances, fridge, deep freezer with ice-cube maker, mineral water dispenser, Nespresso machine, Full set of crockery and cutlery. Safes in 2 of the bedrooms.

Media:
Large LCD TV with 2 sets of satellite channels, Internet connection.

Service:
A maid comes 3 hours a day, 6 days a week. Extra hours possible, subject to her agreement and to a surcharge of Rs. 100 / hour payable directly to her. Personal arrangement for personal laundry possible.

Deposit: A deposit of 100 Euro is requested on arrival.
