The Seneque family produces unique manioc (cassava) biscuits since 1870. The H. Rault biscuit factory, situated in Mahébourg, in the South-East of Mauritius, is now run by the 4th generation of this family. The making and baking is still very traditional and that’s the beauty of it, but they have kept developing new (natural) flavours and variants. The factory is now open to visitors, and this is the reason why it is recommended by us.
