"Kuxville" and "Serendip" comprise the following units:

3 studios located in the main building on sea front.
They count a kitchenette, a shower room & toilet and a bed-sitter room for 2 persons are equipped with a fan, plus air-conditioning unit on a metered basis.

Studio Mary enjoys a small garden at a mere 10 meters from the sea and a verandah with a partial sea view.

The other studios are situated in the 1st floor.

4 cottages in the garden (Serendip)
They can accommodate up to 4 persons, each with one separate bedroom and two beds in the lounge,
Veranda onto the garden side, Kitchen, Shower room, Toilet,
The bedrooms are equipped with a fan, plus air-conditioning unit on a metered basis. 

3 apartments
Located in the main building on sea front. They count one bedroom and one or two trundle beds in the living room. They all count a well-equipped kitchenette, a shower room & toilet. Verandas  with sea-view.

"Serendip" is set in a pretty tropical garden just opposite Kuxville and is hardly a minute’s walk away from the beach, counting four comfortably furnished bungalows. Service at "Serendip" is identical as at Kuxville. Several private villas right on the beach, under management, where guests can enjoy all the services and other facilities offered to the other guests.

These comfortable private beach villas count 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms, living rooms and verandas. They all enjoy exceptional settings and great view over the oceanic panorama. They have a well-equipped kitchen for the guests' usage or for the in-house staff available for cooking upon request.

Villas can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons.

They all count one or more shower rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a veranda.

They all are sea-facing, in tropical gardens where other villas are found.
